Emergency Fire and Water has been fantastic in their care and diligence with all of our clients. The friendliness, expansive knowledge of their industry, competence, and care of which the representatives of this restoration company surpass the majority by far. I recently have referred a roof claim in which our insured’s home interior was sufficiently water damaged from drywall to carpet. They were able to respond in less than 24 hours to our policyholders home, prevent any further damage, and proceed with necessary repairs all while keeping us updated on the progress of our insured’s claim. Our client was incredibly pleased with the work done and yet again the great staff which helped her through what had the potential to be an awful experience. Together with State Farm, Emergency Fire and Water reassured our customer that in the time of need and when it seems like a catastrophe has destroyed your home we were there to comfort and assure her that everything would be alright. They are truly rooted in personal experience and understand how imperative giving the feeling of sincerity and comfort can be at a tough time. Ultimately, the best in their industry! They are always one of my three referrals for our policyholders!

In January my husband and I experienced a sewer back up in our home located in Roswell which affected the first floor of our home as well as our finished basement.

I called our Allstate Agent Bill House and they recommended I call Emergency Fire & Water. I made the call around 9:30 and by 10:30 Michael Layne was at our door to evaluate the damage. Michael was extremely professional and understanding. Do to the type of unsanitary situation we were dealing with he explained what needed to happen to get our home clean and livable again. Michael’s crew came that afternoon removing carpet, walls, rugs, etc. and anything that was not salvageable.  It happened to be a cold winter day and our HVAC had also been affected as well as our duct work. In two days we had heat again, Michael had coordinated everything like clock work. Every call along with every question we had was answered. It has been several months now and Michael calls to check the progress. We would highly recommend this company to anyone in an emergency situation.
